From activities to transportation, we got you covered.

    By connecting them to resources and assisting them in their efforts, we place an emphasis on assisting people in becoming involved in their communities. Not only to take part but to also encourage those we serve to build lasting relationships within their communities.

  • We understand that managing your benefits are difficult. We can help with that. We offer Rep Payee service for SSI and SSDI beneficiaries and also help with Medicaid medical coverage renewals and revalidations.
